Any other Christmas-time procrastinators out there? I’m so much farther behind this year than I have been in years past. As in I just gave up yesterday and went to Amazon and ordered the rest of my gifts. Thankfully I had great gifts ideas for the empty spots on my list, and I knew exactly who I had left to buy for after using my gift checklist. The next task on my Christmas to-do was sending out Christmas cards. I’m loving the beautiful quality of our cards again this year, especially the scalloped edging and high quality paper.
If you are like me and ordering yours last-minute then I have a great option to share with you. You don’t have to sacrifice quality or style because you are getting around to Christmas cards later than you wanted. Instead you can use cards that were created by independent artists and have a unique design. And with their option for rush shipping and express service there is still a chance to get them before December 25th. Or, another option is to pick a great New Year card. Whether you are looking for Christmas or New Year cards I have a selection of 12 great cards hand-picked for you! (If you order from Minted before 12/19 you can use code WINTER16 for 15% off.) Let’s take a look at some of my favorites.
See one you really like, but wish it was available as a New Year card or Christmas card? Almost all of the designs I shared above can have the phrases switched out! And I should also mention the other reason why I love using Minted for my Christmas cards. They have an option for a “religious Christmas” phrase, which I really appreciate! You can switch out the phrases, card shapes, paper used, and even select different coloring or foil-pressed for the graphics. Below is an example of how to customize your card.
Now that I’ve taken a moment to share the designs with you I need to head back to my dining room table and finish addressing these cards, so I actually get them in the mail out before Christmas Day! Whether or not you send out greeting cards this Christmas I hope you will enjoy time reconnecting with friends and family over the coming weeks.
Wishing you the best, xo
