We recently wrapped up the girl’s bedroom update and knew it was time to move on to the boy’s bedroom. Our son will hopefully be coming home from Haiti in 2018, and that means Josiah’s bedroom needs to be converted from a 1 boy bedroom to a 2 boy bedroom! We had a queen bed in there, but it was time to say goodbye to that bed and move in two twin beds.
I had two bedframes in storage so all twe needed were mattresses. That’s when Wayfair stepped in! They sent us a Nora mattress for the twin bed, and I have to say that I’m going to be taking a nap or two on that mattress myself. 😉
The mattress arrived within two days and was rolled up super compact. (This made it easy to transport up the steps.)
After opening the box and unrolling the mattress we gave it a little time to finish expanding. Then we were able to test it out by taking turns
jumping on laying on the mattress. I am so impressed by the quality of the memory foam. Supportive, but soft. And opening the box to unrolling only took 5 minutes.
It really does have a strong layer of support that helps keep your back and shoulders from aching. And I love that it has a cooling factor, so important when looking at memory mattresses. (Trust me – I’ve slept on ones without the cooling factor. No. Good.)
We’ve ordered mattresses online for our kids before and hands down, this one is a far better. The mattress is a much higher quality than what we have bought through another online store. When the time comes that we need a new mattress I won’t hesitate to purchase a Nora mattress.
With the beds and mattresses in place we are ready to update the rest of the boy’s room before our return Haiti trip. So many exciting things to come and we couldn’t be more thankful to Wayfair for helping us prepare.
