Today I am sharing with you photos from my spring tablescape. This table setting was based on my love for neutrals that make you feel cozy and at home.
The entire table was based on the copper colored baskets that are holding the white flowers. These came from the dollar spot at Target. The copper baskets are not created to hold water so I placed bowls inside that I filled with water to hold the flowers. I also used the tape trick that I shared in my 5 Tips for Caring for Cut Flowers.
These candlestick holders are copper pipe coupling that are holding basic candles from Ikea.
If you love the look of these wooden eggs make sure you check out my 5 minute tutorial for creating these Sharpie Easter Eggs.
I wanted to play up the greens for springtime so I added some succulents to the table and also a faux succulent tucked into each napkin.
My napkin rings are also copper pipping coupling. They can be found in a plumbing department. I was nervous about the copper coupling staining the napkins so I tested them for awhile. I left a coupling on a white napkin for a week and there were no stains!
The goal for this table setting was to create something neutral and soft without using traditional pastels you would see in Easter decor. As a result I have a table that is not only perfect for Easter dinner, but one that would be appropriate anytime of the year!

Beautiful table! I love the coupling idea, and the mint and copper just look great together! I like the little eggs, too. 🙂
Do you leave your formal table set up for a whole season, or is that where you eat your regular meals? I have a formal dining room for the first time in my life, but we never eat in there. It might be fun to set it, though, and change it out for each season or occasion.
I’d hate to eat at your pretty table! Lol!

I leave the center of the table set, but not the plate settings at each seat. We defiantly use the table for lots, eating and folding laundry included. 😉
